Colleen, the owner of Pure Alchemy Salon, has been behind the chair as a hairstylist for over 18 years. Some of her favorite services that she specializes in are balayage, highlighting, and haircuts, from soft, flowing layers to chic, short styles. She is also an expert in color corrections, which allows her to transform and restore hair to meet her clients' hair goals. Colleen believes that a great salon experience goes beyond just the hair — it’s about connection, trust, and having fun — one of the many reasons Colleen’s clients book with her time and again.
Colleen became the owner of Pure Alchemy Salon in 2024, though it has been a staple in the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood for the last 20 years. Colleen takes pride in being a part of the incredible local businesses that make the community and neighborhood so special.
